We will start our day with mindful movement such as yoga, dance, etc. We will art and craft, we will pretend, we will learn to connect to the peace we carry within. We will picnic lunch (bringing packed lunch from home) and enjoy it in the neighboring Shoreline Park. We will giggle on the playground and finish our eventful days with a winding down yoga class.
Children are great at yoga! They too benefit greatly connecting to breath and present moment awareness. Yoga brings out the cool in compassion

Camp will be enjoyed outdoors as well as some inside activities.
Tawaste has a beautiful lakeside deck to play and to enjoy the day.
